SHIPPING POLICY
Returns Policy
Returns are available for items that are found to be damaged on arrival or faulty only. Returns are not available for a change of mind or for damage that occurs after receipt of delivery, except whereby the product has been found to be faulty.
To be eligible for a return, the purchaser must contact myself (Isabella Curtis) within 7 days of delivery of the order, in writing.
The purchaser must provide clear images and/or video of the damage that clearly identify the product.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
Where possible, the item will be repaired, for example if the frame is damaged, or a minor painting repair can rectify the damage. If repair is not possible, or major damage has occurred to the original artwork, and it cannot be repaired to the original quality and presentation of the artwork, the purchaser will be refunded in full upon return of the item.
Where a return or repair is approved, the item must be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery, in the same condition it was received, or this policy may be void. Once the return is received, I will reimburse the buyer for any shipping costs associated with the return of the product, upon presentation of a receipt for the shipping fees. Items that require re-shipping to the purchaser will be free of charge.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund if applicable.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact me.
Exchanges
I do not provide exchanges or credits on products for any reason.
Delivery Costs
Delivery charges are set differently for deliveries within Australia and may include different prices per state or area. International shipping is separated into zones and charged accordingly per item. This ensures fair shipping prices for customers based on location.
Custom and Import Charges
Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges. These charges are imposed by the destination country and I am not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs service if you need more information.
Delivery Times (Australia):
All original artworks listed on the website are ready to ship, unless otherwise stated. All reproductions and prints are made to order, with a production time of 1 - 4 days.
Shipping estimated time for deliveries in Australia only:
For metro areas 5 - 7 business days.
For regional areas 5 - 9 business days.
For remote locations delivery time frame is 7 - 14 business days.
Please enquire for delivery times to other locations.
International shipping please allow 6 - 25 days for prints and originals to be posted. If express delivery is required, please contact me for a quote, though this may not be possible on all orders.
Signature on delivery
All original artwork orders sent within Australia require a signature on delivery. If you are not available to sign for your order, the courier will leave a note with instructions for pick up or re-delivery. The courier may contact you in advance of the delivery to advise you of the approximate delivery date and time.
Orders within Australia may use Parcel Lockers or PO Boxes.
International deliveries a residential address is required.
Liability
While I do everything I can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, I will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that I have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to me.
If a parcel needs to be redirected to a different address, charges will apply to the customer. Redirection is not always possible once a parcel leaves the national courier.
Out of Stock
If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, I will notify you via email and refund you for those items.
PRIVACY POLICY
What do I do with your information? When you purchase something from this store, as part of the buying and selling process, I collect the personal information you give me such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, I also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide me with information that helps me learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, I may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
Consent By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given me your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
How do you get my consent? When you provide me with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, I imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If I ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, I will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent? If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for me to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting me.
Disclosure I may disclose your personal information if I am required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms and Conditions
Third Party Services My store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide me with the online e-commerce platform that allows me to sell these products and services to you. Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. During online transactions I do not collect your credit card or banking details as online payments are handled by Squarespace Payments. Please check the Squarespace website for details of their privacy policies and security measures.
Payment If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Squarespace stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. In general, the third-party providers used by me will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to me. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information I am required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, I recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers. In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or me. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located. As an example, if you are located in New Zealand and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the Australia, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under Australian legislation. Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms and Conditions.

Cookies Generally, individuals can use our digital services without identifying themselves. I may collect device identification information when you use a computer, mobile phone, smart phone, tablet, or other device to access or interact with me through our online stores or other applications. This information may include session cookies, your device IMEI number, IP address or MAC address. Our website may use a technology called cookies. A cookie is a small element of data that our website may send to your computer. A cookie is typically stored on your computer's hard drive and permits our website to recognise you when you return. Our use of cookies helps us to provide you with a better experience during your use of our website by allowing us to understand what areas of the site are of interest to you. You may configure your web browser to not accept cookies, although you may experience a loss of functionality as a result. Myself and our third-party vendors may use first-party cookies and third-party cookies together to inform, optimize, and serve as based on an individual’s past visits to our website and third party websites.
Security To protect your personal information, I take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, I follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
Changes to Privacy Policy I reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If I make material changes to this policy, I will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information I collect, how I use it, and under what circumstances, if any, I use and/or disclose it. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that I may continue to sell products to you.
